Strangely produces clothing, accessories and related creative products in the United Kingdom, including limited-production, made-to-order and individually finished pieces.

Many products are produced using hand-finishing, printing, dyeing, distressing or other small-scale manufacturing techniques.

Minor differences between individual pieces are therefore normal and form part of the character of the product.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on photography, lighting and the display used to view the website.

Some fabrics, trims, buttons, components and vintage materials are available only in limited quantities.

Where an exact component becomes unavailable, we will contact the customer before making a significant substitution.

Production begins after an order has been accepted.

Estimated production times are provided on product pages or during ordering but are estimates rather than guaranteed completion dates unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Customers should check the measurements and sizing information supplied with each product before ordering.

Where a product is made using measurements supplied by the customer, the customer is responsible for ensuring those measurements are accurate.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown by the store.

International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes and carrier handling charges unless the checkout specifically states that these charges are included.

Product designs, artwork, photographs, graphics, prints, branding and other original material displayed by Strangely remain the intellectual property of their respective owner and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
